My Methodology
The model I use draws on the principles of psychodynamics, person-centric approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, gestalt, mindfulness and meditation.
Different tools and experiential exercises including drawing, guided meditation, and inner dialogue are used to help you to broaden your awareness about yourself and the world around you, and to get in touch with your inner strengths and wisdom, ultimately aiming to help you make a positive change in your life.
Angie Wong
Prior to training in counselling, psychotherapy, and psychedelic practitioning, I spent the better part of my adult life travelling the globe, whilest leveraging my qualifications in commerce and trade.
Having grown up in Hong Kong, educated in North America, and lived in eight different different countries on four continents, I can confidently say that each of these life adventures, and all the joys and sorrows that go with them, have provided me with a unique perspective and the compassion to appreciated and accept the differences in individuals.
