Counselling, Therapy, Psychedelic Integration, and IMET
Sometimes you don’t realise the weight of what you’ve been carrying until you feel the weight of its release. – Buddha
How I help
Do you struggle with anxiety, depression of suffer from low self-esteem?
Are you having issues within your romantic or familial relationships?
Are you trying to process a loss?
Or herhaps you’re simply looking for ways to improve your life?
Sometimes it’s not easy to ask for help when we need it most.
Seeing a therapist can be a scary idea, but I know from first hand experience just how beneficial the act can be. It helped me through some very difficult and challenging times, and I believe that everyone has the potential to live life fully and make positive changes.
What I do
Listening
My job is to listen thoughtfully and to co-create a space with you for understanding and healing. We are in this journey together.
Through exploration and reflection, we make sense of what might be causing the issue you’ve come to discuss and navigate towards a greater sense of clarity and the possibility of change.

My practice is within easy reach of Central and West London. I also offer secure online sessions to clients.
I understand just how difficult it is to ask for help at times like this. I hope you take this first step to accept some support.
